O’Haver Contractors is a commercial general contractor that is a closely held limited partnership established in 1996 by its founder and President, Donald R. O’Haver II. Located in San Antonio we pursue commercial building projects throughout Texas in both private and public sectors providing general contracting services, as well as construction management, design-build, commercial construction cost estimating, and consulting. Our staff has related experience in a broad range of building types from warehouses to industrial parks to retail centers to education facilities and much more. The staff is experienced in projects from $10,000 to over $100,000,000. As a commercial general contractor with over 26 years experience our approach to provide a service, which must be delivered professionally and expeditiously, with an eye on repeat business at all times.

As necessary, we will also solicit subcontractors in surrounding areas who possess the depth and additional manpower necessary to respond to the needs of the project and any changes or schedule constraints that might prove to require added personnel. Through our established plans and processes we will track and report the budget at each stage of the project.
