Our experience with a multitude of subcontractors from all divisions has allowed us to further solidify this team environment. New subcontractors are provided with training and guidance in the procedures used by O’Haver Contractors and as part of our team, receive constant communication from all levels of the project management staff to ensure they are provided with the guidance and support necessary for the successful completion of their services for the project.

Every project is built with pride of personal ownership by all members of the team ensuring a high level of quality and all aspects of a project are reviewed to ensure that any possible concern or issue is addressed prior to beginning. This has resulted in zero change orders being submitted by our company due to failure to address a concern during the initial phases of a project.

All phases of a project are documented in a concise and detailed manner and in conjunction with constant communication between owner, architect and subcontractors. Therefore, the need for any conflict resolution is seldom. In the event we find a situation has occurred, all parties discuss the issue and review all documentation to work towards and ensure a positive resolution.
